Alicia Pet Care Center is a full-service small animal hospital that has been providing medical, surgical, and dental services for dogs and cats since 1975.

In May 2008 we moved to our new state-of-the-art facility in Mission Viejo.  We have incorporated as many "green" innovations as possible, including a top of the line water filter which removes all harmful chemicals and is the best drinking water one could ever want.  This not only helps to improve the health of all of our patients, but also allows us to discontinue offering bottled water, which is better for the environment.  We are using a pet relief area for our hospitalized or boarding dogs that diverts all waste into the sewer system, not allowing any urine or fecal material to end up in our waterways.  Our new veterinary facility has been built with you and your pet in mind.  From the innovative treatment room and high tech surgery suite to the roomy boarding runs and separate cat condos, we have your pet's comfort in mind.  We didn't forget you either.  We made more exam rooms that are much more comfortable and roomy, and have an aquarium in the lobby to provide entertainment for your wiggly kids or serenity to ease your mind.  I know that one of the most important things for you as a client is familiarity.  You want those who are taking care of your pet to know you and your pet.  This is only possible if employees and doctors stick around, which is dependent on a lot of factors.  One of those factors that I wanted to eliminate was broken bodies from poor ergonomics.  Our previous facility was one of the worst places to work when it came to not wrecking your body over time.  So, Alicia Pet Care Center is a much more comfortable place to work as well, which will translate to longer employment for the entire team.
