Dr. Wheaton & Alicia Pet Care Center would like to thank you for the recent outpouring of love & concern for "Azure" the sweet 8 month old Pit Bull Puppy who came in to our full service animal hospital after surviving 7 stab wounds during a domestic dispute on Tuesday night (Jan 20, 2009).  We are overjoyed to report she recovered very well from the surgeries done by Dr. Wheaton & his staff to repair her internal injuries and is happy at home now with her loving owner, Erin.  As we had hoped Azure's celebrity enabled The Pet Rescue Center to receive the donations necessary to "Grant-A-Wish" and continue her treatment and assure her a healthy future.  If you would like  to help  in our efforts to save lives of dogs and cats in similar situations you can send your donation to:
